Reopen Franklin Shelter Now!

Our Mayor has shown again he is unfit to serve at head of our local government by this arrogant defiance of the spirit of the City Council's resolution that demanded alternative emergency shelter be provided to all homeless with full social services and that the provision of such shelter be documented, with full accountability to the Council. All residents of our community who uphold the human right to shelter should come out now in solidarity with the homeless.
